This Hubsan Spyder Micro is a blast to fly. It takes a little while to figure the handling characteristics, but once you do, it's really a breeze to fly. The printed instructions are long and confusing, but controls and adjustments are really fairly simple. The trim is indicated on the LED screen and can be adjusted before even taking off. There are two speeds, with the first being responsive and quite aggressive, and easy to handle. The high speed is off the hook! Very severe pitch and yaw, and unless you're in a large open area, I would suggest against it. It also seems the 360 flip only happens in the high speed. It is handled by moving the pitch stick one way to the other quickly, either side to side, or front to back, back to front. No flip button like most other quads with a flip function. The range for such a small quad is really good. I haven't pushed the limit, but have gone maybe 60 - 70 ft. Battery life is great, and I was able to pick up some 380mAh batteries that give 10 - 12 minutes flight. Hope you enjoy the video review. It was my first open flight with this unit. Good flying!!
