Need A Camera For Shooting Pictures At Concerts? - This Is The Best One For Under $300.00 - See Pics

If you go to more than one concert a year - you need this camera. It's still considered a point and shoot, but you can shoot the band from the lawn seats if you so desire. See examples of a large arena show below. These were shot from about 300-400 feet from the stage with the SX720 very, very large 40x zoom.

This shot was from the very, very back of the arena floor, in the first 10 rows of the seats. See the next picture to check out the zoom.

Sometimes the focus is a bit tricky, but the camera reacts fast, and refocuses quickly on subjects, sometimes you need to shoot more than once as once you get a few hundred feet away on fast moving subjects its easy for them to bounce out of focus. Overall this camera is a 8/10 on fast, clear focus.

Here is from the very top of the arena. A few hundred feet away from stage, with about 80-90 feet elevation from floor, all the way zoomed out.
This picture is zoomed in from the top of arena, few hundred feet from stage, with about 80-90 feet elevation. Serious, serious zoom.
